Our interactive floor plan layouts can be configured in a variety of ways to better meet your specific branding and design needs. Anything from embedding plans seamlessly into your website to stand alone fully branded plans or anywhere in between, we have a configuration to meet your needs.

Theme your interactive floor plans to compliment your brand. We offer both a light and dark theme, to better match your brand. The examples below show the light and dark them applied to our "Quality Homes" brand.

Allow your customers to see floor plan pricing which updates in realtime as they select options. Pricing is displayed on screen while the plan is configured as well as being included on the print out should they choose to save the plan. Dynamic pricing is now available on all devices.

Furniture and components are now able to be dragged, dropped, rotated and resized to better match the dimensions of customers existing furniture. The furniture and components library have also been updated with a full compliment of new furniture pieces, rugs, piano’s and vehicles.

Structural option interactions are able to be controlled via various logic rules which dictate which options combinations are available together. Logic types include parent/child (nested options), Grouped or mutually exclusive (either/or) configurations

Select from one of four "Saved Floor Plan" email templates and customize as needed to match your brand and your voice. Each email template below will display the customized floor plan, selected elevation (if available), and any placed furniture or components. Each template allows users an easy way to revisit their saved plan, make changes, or print their configuration.
